Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. This policy describes when and how refunds are issued.

Diagnostic sprints

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a paid diagnostic sprint, request a review in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will refund up to 100% of the fee at our reasonable discretion.

Retainers

Monthly retainers may be canceled with 15 days' written notice. Unused, prepaid days from the notice date are refunded pro-rata.

Fixed-scope projects

Fixed-scope projects follow milestone-based billing. Fees paid for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable; work in progress is refunded pro-rata to actual effort.

How to request a refund

Email hello@artlabs.com with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Third-party costs (ads spend, software licenses, cloud usage) are non-refundable once incurred.
